Description
Analyse requirements, design conversational experiences, develop + configure chatbot solutions, integrate
conversational AI with enterprise systems. Chatbot frameworks, NLP, LLM integration.
Must have
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Competencies in at least one of the programming techs proposed for the project
• Relevant technical diplomas/certs/accreditations in the proposed technologies
• Qualifications or certifications demonstrating AI technologies knowledge
• Practical understanding of chatbot dev, conversational AI, NLP, integration
• Min 3 yrs IT exp from graduation; at least 1 chatbot/conversational AI project
