Description
VDWH is the central Data Warehouse - takes data from many source systems, stores, historizes and transforms with
Data Vault 2.0. Central data foundation for decentralized domain teams (financial reporting, commercial steering, Price
Adjustments, Campaign Management, Call Centre Reporting). During 2027, operational source systems (Billing, CRM)
change -> many model changes through Data Vault + presentation layer. 2027/28: platform switches from Snowflake to
Databricks (dbt + Airflow remain).
Must have
• Excellent SQL
• Snowflake
• dbt (Core)
• Airflow
• Azure DevOps
• Strong data warehousing + data architecture / modelling
• English C1 (clear communication technical + non-technical)
Nice to have
• German B2+ (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
• Data Vault 2.0 experience (very advantageous)
• Databricks (very advantageous)
• Python
• Comfortable using Claude Code + GitHub Copilot
