Description
Design, build and evolve secure, scalable and reusable .NET backend services for business-critical enterprise
applications. Technical analysis, implementation, automated testing, integration and delivery with a strong focus on API
quality, system interoperability and engineering standards. Senior hands-on engineering role (no people management,
no production-support ownership).
Must have
• 7+ yrs enterprise SW dev
• 5+ yrs hands-on C# + .NET / .NET Core
• 3+ yrs ASP.NET Core
• 3+ yrs REST APIs + system integrations
• 2+ yrs relational DBs incl. Oracle + SQL
• 2+ yrs Apache Kafka or event-driven messaging
• 2+ yrs Docker + Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Advanced OOP, SOLID, design patterns, clean code
• DI, configuration, validation, exception handling, background processing
• xUnit, NUnit, Moq
• OpenAPI/Swagger, API versioning
• Entity Framework Core
• Clean Architecture, DDD, event-driven architecture
• OAuth 2.0, JWT, enterprise IAM
• Caching strategies + cache invalidation
• CI/CD + GitHub Actions, Git workflows
• OpenTelemetry + Elastic/Prometheus/Grafana
Nice to have
• Banking/payments/regulated-industry delivery (2+ yrs preferred)
• Microsoft Copilot or enterprise-approved GenAI assistant
• Core systems or enterprise integration experience
